NetBuilding Terms of Service

By using NetBuilding, you agree to these service terms. For the NetBuilding iOS application, your license to use the app is also governed by the Apple Standard Terms of Use (EULA).
The service
NetBuilding provides tools for building administration, resident communication, expense and fee tracking, maintenance coordination, and related services. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of the information entered into the service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Auto-renewable subscriptions
NetBuilding Premium is offered as monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions for one selected building. The exact price is displayed in the app before purchase and is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Features remain available through the paid period after cancellation.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, access data without authorization, upload unlawful or harmful material, or use NetBuilding to violate another person's rights.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, or modify features to improve security and reliability. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted at all times.
Termination
You may delete your account through the app. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations of these terms, unlawful activity, or threats to the service or its users.
