NetBuilding Privacy Policy

NetBuilding provides building-management tools for managers, residents, technicians, and service providers. This policy explains what information we process, why we process it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
- Account information such as your name, email address, phone number, role, and authentication identifiers.
- Building and operational information, including apartments, fees, expenses, services, requests, announcements, tasks, votes, and documents you choose to upload.
- Device and diagnostic information required for security, push notifications, reliability, and troubleshooting.
- Subscription information from Apple, Google, and RevenueCat, including product identifiers, entitlement status, renewal state, and anonymous purchase identifiers. NetBuilding does not receive your full payment-card details.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, synchronize building records, deliver requested notifications, process subscription access, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers and sharing
We share information only as needed to operate NetBuilding, including with hosting and database providers, notification and email providers, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google. We do not sell personal information. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect users and the service.
Retention and account deletion
Information is retained while your account is active and as necessary for the purposes described above. You can request deletion through the in-app Delete Account option. Some limited records may be retained when required for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, or security purposes.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, restricted administrative access, and other reasonable safeguards. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information. You can update common account information in the app or contact us for assistance.
Children
NetBuilding is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will post the revised date on this page.
